Results vary with carpet type, fibre and how long a mark has been there. Some damage — bleach, burns and permanent dye stains — cannot be reversed by cleaning, and we will tell you that before any money is spent rather than after.

Unlike the before and after photographs above, this one was not taken on a customer job — it is us at home with our own machine. Hot water extraction lifts embedded soil out of the pile and removes most of the moisture with it, which is why carpets are dry in 1–2 hours.
